      Distance depends on age 		8:00 a.m.

FEE:
   "Register before June 23rd to guarantee race t-shirt"    Before June 23rd: $15.00 - without t-shirt
          $20.00 - with t-shirt
   After June 23rd: $20.00 - t-shirt not guaranteed
   FREE Kids Fun Run - Kids Fun Run w/ T-shirt $15

RUNNERS RECEIVE:

RACE PACKETS:
   At race site on race day from 6:30-7:45 a.m.

AWARDS:
   Trophies will be awarded to overall men's and
   women's race winner as well as the overall master's
   (40+) men's and women's winners.
   Top three in each age group will receive medals
   Door prizes will also be awarded.

COURSE:
   Race starts and finishes at Twin Parks,
   1100 Seneca Street. The course consists of routes
   on paved roads and park trails. Course is basically
   flat with one hill, two water stops.
